  "text": "LOCAL GOVERNMENT, WALES\nMade 6th December 2002\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(2)\nIn pursuance of sections 58(1) and 64 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales submitted proposals in December 1999 for the future electoral arrangements for the County Borough of Torfaen. The National Assembly for Wales having agreed with the proposals (with some modifications) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 58(2) and 67(4) and (5) of the Act.",
