# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1983, Article 10


Order 40, rule 2(1) shall be amended by omitting the words from “or, if” to the end, rule 2(2)(a) shall be amended by omitting the words from “, or if no” to “business” where second occurring and rule 2(2)(b) shall be amended by omitting the words from “or, if no” to “business” where second occurring
