# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1983, Article 9


Order 38, rule 17 shall be amended by adding, after paragraph (5), the following paragraph:—
“(6) For the purposes of this rule a litigant in person does not include a litigant who is a practising solicitor.”.
