# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules amend the provisions relating to costs in the County Court Rules 1981 by increasing fixed costs by approximately 5.4% (rules 2 to 4 and 6 to 9) and by introducing a new item for which costs are fixed (rule 5).
