  "text": "For Order 7, rule 12, there shall be substituted the following new rule—\n“Presumed service of summons\n12 Where a summons has not been served in accordance with these rulesbut the defendant delivers a defence, admission or counterclaim, thesummons shall be deemed, unless the contrary is shown, to have been dulyserved on him on the date on which the defence, admission orcounterclaim was so delivered.”.",
