Article 12 Powers of district judges

For Order 13, rule 6(2), there shall be substituted thefollowing—

“(2)

Except where the district judge has power under Order 21, rule 5or otherwise to hear and determine the proceedings in which theapplication is made, the application shall be made to the judge and rule1(6) shall not apply.”.
