# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 16: Powers of district judges


After Order 34, rule 1, there shall be inserted the following newrule—
“Committal under section 14, 92 or 118 of the Act
1A Rule 1(5) of Order 29 shall apply, with the necessary modifications,where an order is made under section 14, 92 or 118 of the Act committinga person to prison.”.
