# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 2: Civil Justice Review: jurisdictional changes


Order 1, rule 3 shall be amended by inserting, after the definitionof“senior master”, the following—
““value”, in relation to an action or claim, shall be construed inaccordance with articles 9 and 10 of the High Court and County CourtsJurisdiction Order 1991.”.
