Article 21 Transfer between High Court and county court

For Order 25, rule 13(1), there shall be substituted thefollowing—

“(1)

Where a judgment or order is to be enforced in the High Court,the judgment creditor shall make a request to the proper officer for acertificate of judgment under Order 22, rule 8(1) and the transfer shallhave effect on the grant of that certificate.”.
