# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 28: Devolution: admissions direct and disposals


Order 1, rule 3 shall be amended by substituting for the definitionof“proper officer” the following—
““proper officer” means the district judge or—
(a) in relation to any act of a formal or administrative characterwhich is not by statute the responsibility of the district judge, and
(b) in Order 9, rule 3, Order 22, rules 7A and 10, Order 25, rule 8 andOrder 27, rules 7, 7A, 8(1B) and 19(3C),
the chief clerk or any other officer of the court acting on hisbehalf in accordance with directions given by the Lord Chancellor;”.
