Article 37 Devolution: admissions direct and disposals

After Order 50, rule 9, there shall be inserted the following newrule—

“Misdirected documents

9A

Where the defendant delivers to the plaintiff any document which byor under these rules is to be delivered to the court, the plaintiffshall forthwith file the document in the court office.”.
