# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 4: Civil Justice Review: jurisdictional changes


For Order 9, rule 14(1)(a), there shall be substituted thefollowing—
“(a) an action which stands referred to arbitration under Order 19,rule 2(3);”.
