# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 40: Venue


In Order 4, rule 2(1), the word“or”at the end of sub-paragraph (a) shall be omitted and, aftersub-paragraph (b), there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—
“or
(c) in the case of a default action, in any county court.”.
