For Order 37, rule 4(2), there shall be substituted the following—

“(2)

An application under paragraph (1) shall be made on notice and,where such an application is made in a default action for a liquidatedsum, the proceedings shall be automatically transferred to thedefendant’s home court if the judgment or order was not given or made inthat court.”.
