Article 53 Attachment of earnings

Order 27, rule 5(1) shall be amended as follows—

(a)

after the words“form of reply” there shall be inserted the words“in the appropriate form”;

(b)

for the words“fixed date summons” there shall be substituted the words“default summons”.
