Article 62 Attachment of earnings

After Order 27, rule 17(3) there shall be inserted the following newparagraph—

“(3A)

Rule 5(1) shall apply as if for the reference to a defaultsummons there were substituted a reference to a fixed date summons andrule 5(2A) shall not apply.”.
