# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1991, Article 7: Civil Justice Review: jurisdictional changes


For Order 21, rule 5(1)(b), there shall be substituted thefollowing—
“(a) any action or matter the value of which does not exceed£5,000.”.
