# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1993, Article 2: Citation and interpretation


The definition of “proper officer” in Order 1, rule 3 shall be amended by substituting, for “and Order 39, rule 5”, “, Order 39, rule 5 and Order 48B, rule 4”.
