# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1994, Article 2: No automatic directions in business list actions


At the end of Order 17, rule 11(1), there shall be inserted the following new subparagraph—
“(r) an action to which Order 48C applies (the Central London County Court Business List)”.
