# The County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1995, Article 4: Jursidiction of district judges


Rule 5 shall be amended as follows—
(a) paragraph (2) shall omitted;
(b) in paragraph (3), for “plaintiff” there shall be substituted “applicant”.
