  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules insert a new Part II in Order 24 of the County Court Rules 1981 containing a procedure for obtaining an interim possession order in summary proceedings for possession. These Rules also give district judges jurisdiction to make orders for possession in summary proceedings under Part I of Order 24.",
