Article 12 Curtailment of county courts' banking function

After Order 11, rule 1, there shall be inserted the following new rule–

“Misdirected payments

A party who receives any payment which under rule 1(1) is required to be made to the court shall forthwith notify the proper officer in writing and the money so paid shall be paid into court.”.
