Article 28 Curtailment of county courts' banking function

After Order 25, rule 3(1), there shall be inserted the following–

“(1A)

An application under paragraph (1) shall certify the amount of money remaining due under the judgment or order and that the whole or part of any instalment due remains unpaid.”.
