Article 46 Curtailment of county courts' banking function

For Order 30, rule 8, there shall be substituted the following–

“Directions where dispute as to notice under rule 5

Where the garnishee in a notice given under rule 5 makes an allegation which the judgment creditor disputes, the court shall on the return day give directions for the determination of the question at issue.”.
