# The County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1989, Article 51: Curtailment of county courts' banking function


In Order 42, rule 14(5), for the words “Order 30, rules 4 and 6 to 9”, there shall be substituted the words “Order 30, rules 7 to 9”.
