# The County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1989, Article 52: Miscellaneous amendments


In Order 11, rule 4(4), for the words “legal aid under Part I of the Legal Aid Act 1974” and “the Law Society”, there shall be substituted the words “representation under Part IV of the Legal Aid Act 1988” and “the Legal Aid Board” respectively.
