Article 57 Applications under section 114, 204 and 231 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and section 58C of the Trade Marks Act 1938

After Order 49, rule 4, there shall be inserted the following new rule–

“Applications under section 114, 204 and 231 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

R.S.C. Order 93, rule 24 shall apply with the necessary modifications to proceedings brought under sections 114(1), 204(1) and 231(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 in a county court.”.
