# The County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1990, Article 12: Automatic directions


After Order 16, rule 4(5), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–
“(5A) Nothing in paragraph (5) shall require the proper officer to fix a day in an action to which Order 17, rule 11 applies.”.
