  "text": "After Order 16, rule 6(1), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–\n“(1A) Nothing in paragraph (1) shall require the proper officer to fix a day in an action to which Order 17, rule 11 applies unless\n(a) before it was transferred to a county court the action had been set down for hearing in the High Court; or\n(b) a request for a day to be fixed is made pursuant to directions under Order 17, rule 11.”.",
