Order 20, rule 27(1) shall be amended by substituting, for the words “Except with the leave of the court or where all parties agree,”, the words–

  • “Except–

    1. (a)

      with the leave of the court,

    2. (b)

      in accordance with the provisions of Order 17, rule 11, or

    3. (c)

      where all parties agree,”.
