  "text": "Order 8, rule 1 shall be amended by substituting, for the definitions of “applicant” and “respondent”, the following–\n““applicant” means the party applying for or obtaining leave under this Order to serve a process out of England and Wales or, where leave is not required, the party intending to serve such process;\n“respondent” means the party on whom the applicant seeks or obtains leave to serve a process or, where leave is not required, the party on whom service is to be effected.”.",
