  "text": "After Order 8, rule 2(1)(o), there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph–\n“(p) the claim is brought for money had and received or for an account or other relief against the defendant as constructive trustee, and the defendant’s alleged liability arises out of acts committed, whether by him or otherwise, within the jurisdiction.”.",
