Article 24 Recovery of social security benefits

After Order 11, rule 10(2), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–

“(3)

This paragraph applies to a case where the party making the offer has applied for, but has not yet received, a certificate of total benefit given in accordance with Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1989; but this paragraph shall not apply with respect to any time after 7 days after that party has received the certificate.”.
