Article 3 Automatic directions

For Order 3, rule 3(3), there shall be substituted the following new paragraph–

“(3)

In the case of a fixed date action to which Order 17, rule 11 does not apply, the return day shall, unless the court otherwise directs or paragraph (4) applies, be a day fixed for the pre-trial review.”.
