Article 32 Small claims procedure

After Order 19, rule 2(5), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–

“(6)

For the purposes of paragraph (3), “a defence to the claim” includes a document admitting liability for the claim but disputing or not admitting the amount claimed.”.
