Article 13 Amendments consequential on abolition of certain county court jurisdiction limits

In Order 6, rule 3(1)—

(a)

the words “where the land forms part of a hereditament having a net value for rating not exceeding the county court limit under section 21 of the Act,” in sub-paragraph (b)(i); and

(b)

the words “in any other case,” in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), shall be omitted.
