  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the County Court Rules 1981 so as to enable applications to be made for access orders under the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992. An access order enables the applicant to enter neighbouring land in order to carry out preservation work to his own land.",
