Article 11 Possession Procedure

For Order 21, rule 5(1)(c), there shall be substituted the following—

“(c)

any action for recovery of land regardless of the value of any other claim which is brought in the same action and including one in which the mortgagee under a mortgage of land claims possession of the mortgaged land; and”.
