# The County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1993, Article 12: Possession Procedure


Order 21, rule 5(2) shall be amended by substituting, for the words “the reference in paragraph (1)(b) to the sum claimed or amount involved”, the words “the value of the action or matter”.
