  "text": "Appendix B, Part I shall be amended as follows—\n(1) in the title, after the words “FIXED DATE SUMMONS” there shall be inserted “, APPLICATION TO ENFORCE AN AWARD”;\n(2) in paragraph (1), after the words “the summons” there shall be inserted “or application”;\n(3) at the end of paragraph (1)(c), the word “or” shall be omitted;\n(4) in paragraph (1)(d), for the word “hearing.” there shall be substituted “hearing; or”; and\n(5) at the end of paragraph (1)(d), there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—\n“(e) in proceedings for the enforcement of a tribunal or other award, for the purposes only of Order 25, rule 12”.",
