  "text": "Order 25, rule 11(1) shall be amended as follows—\n(1) in sub-paragraph (b), for the words “an affidavit” there shall be substituted “a certificate”; and\n(2) after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—\n“(d) a copy of the order to transfer the proceedings to the county court.”.",
