Article 10 Service of process

For Order 43, rule 6(3), there shall be substituted the following—

“(3)

The provisions of Order 7, rule 20(1) and (2) shall apply to an originating application under this rule with the substitution of references to two months for the references therein to 6 months and to 4 months.”.
