  "text": "For Order 20, rule 2(2), there shall be substituted the following—\n“(2) If the party served with a notice to admit facts under paragraph (1) does not deliver a written admission of the facts within 7 days after service of the notice on him, the costs of proving the facts and the costs occasioned by and thrown away as a result of his failure to admit the facts shall, unless the court otherwise directs, be borne by him.”.",
