Article 23 Miscellaneous amendments

After Order 22, rule 8(2), there shall be inserted the following—

“(3)

Without prejudice to paragraph (2), for the purposes of section 12(2) of the Act a certificate under this rule may be signed by the chief clerk or any other officer of the court acting on his behalf.”.
