  "text": "Order 8, rule 2 shall be amended as follows—\n(1) at the end of paragraph (1)(p), the full stop shall be replaced by a semi-colon; and\n(2) after paragraph (1)(p) there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—\n“(q) the claim is made under the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987.”.",
