  "text": "Order 31, rule 1 shall be amended as follows—\n(1) after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—\n“(1A) An application for a charging order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall be made to the court for the district in which the relevant dwelling (within the meaning of section 3 of that Act) is situated.”; and\n(2) in paragraph (2)(c), after the words “the said Act” there shall be inserted the words “of 1979”.",
