# The County Court (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1993, Article 5: Charging orders


Order 31, rule 1 shall be amended as follows—
(1) after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—
“(1A) An application for a charging order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall be made to the court for the district in which the relevant dwelling (within the meaning of section 3 of that Act) is situated.”; and
(2) in paragraph (2)(c), after the words “the said Act” there shall be inserted the words “of 1979”.
