  "text": "Except in relation to any provision of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which applies to agreements entered into before 19th May 1985, nothing in Rules 2 to 9 shall apply to agreements entered into before that date and the Rules in force immediately before 19th May 1985 shall continue to apply to those agreements.",
