# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1985, Article 10


Except in relation to any provision of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which applies to agreements entered into before 19th May 1985, nothing in Rules 2 to 9 shall apply to agreements entered into before that date and the Rules in force immediately before 19th May 1985 shall continue to apply to those agreements.
