# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1985, Article 9


Paragraph 3(c) of Part I of Appendix B (Fixed Costs) and the second paragraph of Part II of the same Appendix (Directions) shall be amended by substituting, for the words “hire-purchase price”, the words “total price”.
